Pony.ai joins hands with Jinjiang Taxi

Pony.ai has reached a cooperation with Shanghai Jinjiang Taxi to jointly promote the application of autonomous driving technology in the traditional taxi industry. The two parties have obtained the Shanghai Intelligent Connected Demonstration Operation License and launched quasi-commercial Robotaxi services in Jiading District. At present, the service scope covers multiple areas to meet the travel needs of local residents. Pony.ai has deployed autonomous driving technology in Shanghai since 2020, and has provided millions of travel services to more than 60,000 users in cities such as Beijing and Guangzhou.
