Microchip Releases CEC1736 Real-Time Platform Root of Trust Device

Microchip Technology has launched the CEC1736 TrustFLEX device, which is designed to simplify the acquisition of embedded security solutions. The device is based on a single-chip microcomputer and provides network resilience for applications in industries such as data centers, telecommunications, and networking. It comes with pre-configured Soteria-G3 firmware, which shortens the development time of the platform's root of trust. In addition, the CEC1736 supports multiple security features such as SPI bus monitoring and secure boot to ensure system security.
