Fudan Microelectronics releases ultra-low power consumption, ultra-wide voltage range I2C serial EEPROM

Fudan Microelectronics recently launched the FM24LNXXX series I2C serial EEPROM, which is suitable for automotive electronics and other fields. The series supports an ultra-wide operating voltage of 1.1V to 5.5V and provides a variety of capacity options from 64Kbit to 2Mbit. Product features include low power consumption, high-speed read and write, high reliability (4 million erase and write times, 100-year data retention) and a variety of packaging forms. In addition, the FM24LNXXX series also has configurable device addresses and Security Sector security areas to meet the needs of different application scenarios.
