Microchip Technology Launches New Ethernet Switch Series LAN969x

Microchip Technology recently launched a new generation of LAN969x Ethernet switching chips, designed to meet the needs of the industrial automation market. This series of chips supports time-sensitive networking (TSN) functions and provides scalable port bandwidth from 46 Gbps to 102 Gbps. In addition, LAN969x also has a 1 GHz single-core Arm Cortex-A53 CPU and supports HSR and PRP redundancy protocols to meet applications that require high reliability.
