Inventory of OTA upgrades in 2023

In 2023, the focus of competition in the field of smart cars shifted to OTA. More than 300 OTA versions were launched throughout the year, including 13 in January and nearly 50 in December. The competitive landscape between traditional car companies and new forces has changed. Zhiji and Wenjie completed 22 and 13 upgrades respectively, and Cadillac ranked first among joint ventures and luxury brands with 7 OTAs. BYD, Weilai, Wenjie and many other car companies have upgraded the chassis domain through OTA, improving the user's driving experience. In addition, OTA has also promoted the development of the software ecosystem, and it is expected that OTA will enter a period of explosive growth in 2024.
