Yuntu launches a new generation of highly integrated high-low voltage hybrid control SOC chip for vehicles

Yuntu Semiconductor recently released a new automotive high-low voltage hybrid control SOC chip YTM32Z1L designed for automotive LIN nodes. The chip is suitable for applications such as small motor control and ambient lighting. It has 128KB flash memory, built-in LDO and LIN transceiver, which helps to simplify system circuit design, reduce costs and improve reliability. The YTM32Z1L has a memory size of 128KB flash memory and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios, such as automotive electronics small and medium motor control, LIN bus smart sensor/control nodes, etc.
