Microchip introduces new press-fit terminal power modules SP1F and SP3F

To meet the mass production needs of industries such as electric vehicles, Microchip has launched new crimp-terminal power modules SP1F and SP3F. These modules use a solder-free solution, simplifying the automated installation process and reducing production costs. SP1F and SP3F have more than 200 models with a voltage range of 600V-1700V and a current of up to 280A.
