Continental and Aurora's autonomous trucking system to go into production in 2027

Continental CEO Stucher said at the annual shareholders' meeting that the company is working with Aurora to develop the world's first commercial autonomous truck transportation system, which is scheduled to go into production in 2027. Continental provides a variety of component products, including sensors and cameras, which are integrated into intelligent systems. The company also provides backup redundant systems to ensure the safe driving of driverless trucks. Stucher emphasized that the company has more than 55 years of expertise in driverless cars.
