Yuntu Semiconductor releases the second high-end automotive-grade MCU M series product YTM32B1ME

Recently, Suzhou Yuntu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced that its second high-end automotive-grade MCU M series product YTM32B1ME has officially entered mass production. The chip is based on the ARM Cortex-M33 core, meets the AEC-Q100 and ISO26262 ASIL-B standards, and is suitable for the automotive electronics field. Yuntu Semiconductor has launched two series of mass-produced products in just 18 months, demonstrating its strength in the field of automotive-grade chips.
