Tianjin promotes the construction of national-level Internet of Vehicles pilot zone

The Tianjin Municipal Government actively promotes the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry. In November this year, 8 driverless buses of Dongfeng Yuexiang Technology were put into use on the intelligent connected open test section in Hebei District, Tianjin, providing new impetus for Tianjin to create application scenarios for intelligent connected vehicles and establish a national-level vehicle networking pilot zone. Dongfeng Yuexiang Technology has reached a strategic cooperation with the Hebei District Government of Tianjin to jointly promote the research and development of intelligent connected vehicles and the implementation of autonomous driving scenarios. The driverless buses will carry out passenger shuttles on six roads including Jianguo Road, Ping'an Street, and Haihe East Road.
