New generation single-channel isolated driver chip with short-circuit protection

Infineon Technologies has recently launched the EiceDRIVER™ F3 series, which is an upgraded version of the classic 1ED030I12-F2. It features high CMTI, large output current, propagation delay matching, and precise desaturation short-circuit protection time. It is suitable for IGBT and SiC MOSFET driving and has passed UL 1577 and VDE 0884-11 reinforced insulation certification.
