China Mobile Xinsheng Technology showcases its latest chip technology at the 2023 China Mobile Global Partner Conference

At the 2023 China Mobile Global Partner Conference, China Mobile Xinsheng Technology demonstrated its latest communication chip based on RISC-V core. These chips include CM6620 and CM8610, respectively China Mobile’s first mass-produced cellular IoT communication chip and China’s first LTE Cat.1bis communication chip based on a 64-bit RISC-V core. These chips feature high integration, low power consumption, low cost and high reliability, and can be widely used in smart meters, smart cities, asset management and other fields.
