Infineon Technologies Launches New SSI Series Solid-State Isolators

Infineon's newly launched SSI series solid-state isolators integrate isolated gate drive power supplies and can directly drive MOS voltage-driven power transistors such as CoolMOS™, OptiMOS™, TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT or CoolSiC™. This series has functions such as fast turn-on and turn-off, overcurrent protection and overtemperature protection, and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios.
