Infineon Technologies Launches High-Performance XHP™ 2 CoolSIC™ MOSFET 3.3kV Modules

Infineon's new 3.3kV high-voltage SiC modules include a 1000A current, 2.0mΩ on-resistance module and a 750A current, 2.6mΩ on-resistance module. These modules use SiC MOSFETs with integrated body diodes and are packaged in low-inductance XHP™ 2 packages using Infineon's .XT interconnect technology. They demonstrate excellent performance in the automotive traction field.
