Naxin Micro releases its first 1200V SiC MOSFET

Naxin Micro has launched its first 1200V SiC MOSFET NPC060N120A series, with 60mΩ RDSon, available in TO-247-4L and TO-263-7L packages, meeting automotive and industrial requirements. This MOSFET is suitable for electric vehicle OBC/DCDC, thermal management systems, photovoltaic and energy storage systems, and has excellent RDSon temperature stability, wide gate drive voltage range, and high reliability.
