Introduction to Infineon EiceDRIVER™ isolated driver chip

Infineon's EiceDRIVER™ series of isolated driver chips use coreless transformer technology and have excellent electrical isolation performance. They are suitable for 1700V IGBT and 2kV CoolSiC™, and are particularly suitable for SiC MOSFET driving. The compact series is easy to use, while the enhanced series provides more protection functions.
