Infineon Technologies provides power semiconductors to Maitian Energy to jointly promote the development of green energy. Infineon's CoolSiC™ MOSFET 1200V and IGBT7 H7 1200V power semiconductor devices are used in Maitian Energy's photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems to improve efficiency and power density.
