Infineon Technologies Launches New 1200V IGBT7 PrimePACK™ Family

Infineon Technologies has recently launched two new products, 1200V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 PrimePACK™ 2 1600A and PrimePACK™ 3+ 2400A. These two products increase the current output to 1600A and 2400A respectively, effectively increasing the rated power of the converter to 710kW. They are suitable for automotive-related industries such as motor drives.
