Infineon launches next-generation CoolSiC™ MOSFET G2 technology

Infineon Technologies has launched the second-generation CoolSiC™ MOSFET trench gate technology to improve power system efficiency. This technology is used in electric vehicles, solar energy and other fields to effectively reduce energy consumption and improve performance. For example, electric vehicle fast charging stations can reduce power loss by 10% and improve charging efficiency.
