12 1200V CoolSiC™ MOSFET Easy1B and Easy2B modules

Infineon Technologies has launched 12 1200V CoolSiC™ MOSFET Easy1B and Easy2B modules, suitable for electric vehicle charging, UPS, photovoltaics, energy storage and other fields. These modules use PressFIT pressing technology and NTC temperature detection, and are available in two versions: Al2O3/AlN DCB. Some models are pre-coated with TIM material, with low parasitic inductance and wide RBSOA reverse working safety area.
