2000V 12-100mΩ CoolSiC™ MOSFET Series Introduction

Infineon's new 2000V CoolSiC™ MOSFET series uses a TO-247PLUS-4-HCC package with 12-100mΩ specifications. This series of products is suitable for applications such as electric vehicle charging, photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems, and has the characteristics of low switching losses and high moisture resistance.
