Infineon launches 1200V CoolSiC™ MOSFET half-bridge and three-phase bridge Easy modules

Infineon's new 1200V CoolSiC™ MOSFET half-bridge and three-phase bridge Easy modules, including EasyDUAL™ 1B and EasyPACK™ 1B, use CoolSiC™ MOSFET enhanced generation 1 technology for 1200V applications. These modules have low parasitic inductance, wide gate drive voltage window and large RBSOA, and are suitable for applications such as motor control and drive with high switching frequency.
