New EVAL-M7-HVIGBT-PFCINV4 power board released

Infineon EVAL-M7-HVIGBT-PFCINV4 is a new power board for the MADK ​​platform. It has three-phase inverter and PFC functions, supports CCM mode, and the PWM frequency can reach up to 40kHz. The power board adopts the latest generation of TRENCHSTOP™ reverse-conducting IGBT and implements PFC based on high-speed TRENCHSTOP™ 5 IGBT. Combined with the matching control board, it is suitable for a variety of motor systems.
