Infineon Technologies Launches 650V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 H7 Discrete New Product

Infineon Technologies has launched a new 650V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 H7 discrete product, combined with the new generation EC7 freewheeling diode, to improve the efficiency of power solutions. The device uses advanced micro-trench gate technology to reduce losses and is suitable for applications such as electric vehicle charging and energy storage systems. It provides a variety of packages such as TO-247-3 HCC, has high moisture resistance, and is suitable for harsh environments.
