New TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 450A 1200V 62mm package common emitter module released

Infineon Technologies has launched a new TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 450A 1200V 62mm package common emitter module, which combines advanced TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 technology and EmCon diode to provide efficient solutions for automotive-related industries. The module has high reliability and low VCEsat characteristics and is suitable for applications such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS), electric vehicle charging and centralized photovoltaic inverters.
