Samsung launches industry’s largest capacity 12nm-class 32Gb DDR5 DRAM

Samsung announced that it has successfully developed the largest capacity 32Gb DDR5 DRAM using 12nm process technology. The launch of this product marks the arrival of the era of large-capacity memory and will support multiple industries including automobiles. Samsung plans to start mass production of this new product by the end of this year.
