Ruisi Huachuang completed RMB 100 million A2 round of financing

Ruisi Huachuang announced that it has received joint investment from Xiangcheng Fund, Qianhai Mother Fund, Zhonggao Wantai and other parties, and officially completed the A2 round of financing, with a total amount of more than 100 million yuan. This round of financing will be used for product research and development, mass production and production line expansion. Ruisi Huachuang focuses on the research and development of smart transportation, assisted driving and AR display overall solutions. With its core technology, the company has made breakthroughs in the vehicle HUD and AR HUD markets, leading the transformation of human-computer interaction. In terms of software technology, Ruisi Huachuang independently developed the AR Generator® SDK kit and platform-based software system architecture; in terms of business, in the passenger car market, Ruisi Huachuang is gradually starting mass production and delivery of multiple fixed-point projects, and new fixed-point projects are also underway. In the field of rail transportation, the high-speed rail intelligent assisted driving system developed in cooperation with China Railway Signal and Communication Corporation has entered the system testing stage, and the new electric locomotive HUD is also being evaluated and developed; in terms of team, Ruisi Huachuang has established international R&D centers around the world, with more than 200 professional optical design and testing, structural design, HMI design, hardware and software development, engineering intelligence manufacturing teams, etc. In April this year, during the Shanghai Auto Show, Ruisi Huachuang released the world's first AR HUD with LBS as the light source. In July this year, Ruisi Huachuang established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Suzhou High-speed Railway New City. The second phase of the Suzhou High-speed Railway New City Intelligent Manufacturing Base is under construction to create an intelligent and automated AR HUD production line. It is expected that the future production capacity will exceed 500,000 units/year. Ruisi Huachuang has obtained IATF16949 certification, and the LBS light source module AEC-Q100 automotive certification has entered the countdown. The independently developed OpticalCore® imaging module has entered the production line construction stage and is expected to achieve automotive-grade mass production in the near future.
