Infineon Technologies and Infineon Technologies join forces to promote the development of new energy vehicle charging market

Infineon Technologies and Infineon are collaborating to improve the efficiency of electric vehicle charging stations using silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductors. Infineon provides 1200 V CoolSiC™ MOSFETs to help Infineon maintain its industry technology leadership. SiC technology can improve charging efficiency, reduce costs and reduce carbon emissions.
