Infineon launches 1200V IGBT7 P7 chip

Infineon Technologies has recently launched the 1200V IGBT7 P7 chip, which is used in PrimePACK™ modules to improve power density. The new module has high current density and can replace IGBT4 modules to achieve higher current output. The P7 chip has a low saturation voltage drop and is suitable for high-power applications.
