Infineon Technologies presents its latest research results

At the 2023 PCIM Asia exhibition, Infineon's 1200V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 H7 technology performed well in inverter applications, reducing switching and conduction losses and improving system efficiency. In addition, Infineon also demonstrated the DPWM solution of the ANPC structure, which effectively reduced the switching losses of photovoltaic inverters.
