Infineon's EiceDRIVER™ IC helps optimize SiC MOSFET driving

Infineon Technologies has launched the new generation EiceDRIVER™ 1ED34X1 series, which is designed specifically for SiC MOSFETs and provides features such as high output current, Miller clamp protection and precise short-circuit protection. This series helps reduce power device switching losses, save costs and improve efficiency.
