For high-power automotive electronic systems, such as motor drives, Infineon has launched a variety of IGBT single-tube devices suitable for PFC topology design to improve the power factor of products and reduce input harmonics. These devices include 650V reverse-conducting TRENCHSTOP™ 5 WR6 IGBT, high-frequency TRENCHSTOP™ 5 H5 IGBT and CoolSiC™ hybrid single-tube.
