Infineon Technologies Launches 1200V EasyDUAL™ CoolSiC™ MOSFET

Infineon Technologies has launched the latest 1200V EasyDUAL™ CoolSiC™ MOSFET, which uses a best-in-class 12mm high package with low parasitic inductance and a wide gate drive voltage window. The series includes versions with and without thermal interface materials and is suitable for applications such as motor control, uninterruptible power supply, electric vehicle charging and photovoltaic systems.
