Infineon launches new 120-200A 750V EDT2 industrial-grade discrete IGBT

Infineon's new 120-200A 750V EDT2 industrial-grade discrete IGBTs are packaged in TO-247PLUS SMD and are suitable for electric commercial vehicles in the automotive industry, such as logistics vehicles, electric trucks and buses. The IGBT has the lowest conduction loss and switching loss, as well as an optimized freewheeling diode, which can provide efficient soft switching characteristics.
