Infineon launches new 1200V half-bridge gate driver 2ED132xS12x series

Infineon's new 1200V half-bridge gate driver 2ED132xS12x series has integrated bootstrap diode and overcurrent protection OCP function. The series includes four models suitable for high-power applications such as commercial HVAC, heat pumps, servo drives, etc. The product adopts a 300mil wide body package, suitable for IGBT and 1200V SiC MOSFET.
