Infineon launches IMI111T-iMOTION™ Intelligent Power Module

The IMI111T-iMOTION™ intelligent power module integrates a microcontroller, gate driver and IGBT, suitable for driving 50W/70W motors without a heat sink. The module uses a DSO-22 package and is suitable for applications such as large and small household appliances and fans and water pumps.
