Infineon launches highly flexible X3 driver chip 1ED38 series

Infineon's newly launched X3 driver chip 1ED38 series has high flexibility and can adjust various configuration options through the I2C bus interface, such as desaturation detection threshold voltage and filter time, two-level shutdown level, etc. The chip has a high common-mode transient immunity of 200kV/μs and reinforced insulation capability, suitable for automotive-related industries.
