Infineon Technologies has launched a new generation of 1700V IGBT7 technology, which is used in automotive cascade medium and high voltage inverters, static VAR generators (SVG) and wind power converters, covering medium and high power applications. This technology has low saturation voltage drop, high current density and optimized switching characteristics, effectively reducing device losses and improving system efficiency.
