Infineon Technologies AG's CoolSiC™ MOSFET and CoolSiC diodes have been selected by Bloom Energy for its fuel cell Energy Server and electrolyzer power electronic systems. These devices help achieve zero carbon emissions and provide a sustainable and predictable elastic energy supply. Compared with the previous generation of silicon-based technology, CoolSiC devices increase system energy efficiency by 1%, increase power density by 30%, and reduce size and cost by 30%.
