Analysis of Infineon's 1700V Econo DUAL™3 module performance improvement

Infineon launches a new generation of 1700V IGBT7 technology for the EconoDUAL™ 3 module used in the automotive industry, significantly improving power density. Through simulation and application testing, IGBT7 and EC7 have significantly improved electrical and thermal performance compared to IGBT4 technology. In addition, for high static loss applications, Infineon has also launched the FF750R17ME7D_B11 module to further optimize performance.
