Infineon launches new generation of silicon carbide Easy modules

Infineon Technologies has released a new generation of silicon carbide Easy modules using enhanced CoolSiC™ MOSFET (M1H) technology. The new modules are suitable for a variety of application scenarios, such as servo drives, uninterruptible power supplies, electric vehicle chargers and solar inverters.
