Infineon Technologies Launches New Dual-Boost Easy3B Module

Infineon's latest Dual-Boost Easy3B module uses 950V IGBT7 S7 chips and SiC diodes for solar applications with a DC voltage of 1500V. The module is compatible with bifacial photovoltaic modules, has a maximum power of more than 500W, and is equipped with three MPPTs, each with an input current of up to 30A. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and strong lightning resistance, and provides an overall solution for 1500V three-phase photovoltaic string inverters.
