STMicroelectronics deepens its industrial chain layout in China

STMicroelectronics (ST) said that it will continue to deepen its industrial chain layout in China and strengthen the construction of the ecological system, especially in the automotive field. ST has a global silicon carbide MOSFET market share of over 50%, and has established cooperation with many Chinese automobile manufacturers and first-tier suppliers to promote the electrification and digitalization of automobiles.
