STMicroelectronics helps Ideal Auto enter the high-voltage pure electric vehicle market

STMicroelectronics has signed a long-term silicon carbide supply agreement with Li Auto to support Li Auto's entry into the high-voltage pure electric vehicle market. Li Auto's first family technology pure electric flagship MPV will be released in the fourth quarter of 2023, and more high-voltage pure electric models are planned. STMicroelectronics provides third-generation 1200V SiC MOSFET technology to improve performance and energy efficiency.
