STMicroelectronics deepens its industrial digitalization strategy in China

STMicroelectronics is promoting the digitalization of China's industry by increasing its technology research and development and market layout. In the automotive field, STMicroelectronics provides electric vehicles with higher operating efficiency and lower energy consumption, thereby improving driving range with its wide-bandgap power device technologies of silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN). In addition, STMicroelectronics has cooperated with Sanan Optoelectronics to establish a 200mm silicon carbide device manufacturing plant in China to meet market demand.
