STMicroelectronics wins IEEE Milestone Award

STMicroelectronics (ST) won the IEEE Milestone Award for its pioneering contribution to super-integrated silicon-gate semiconductor process technology. BCD technology is widely used in smart driving, smart industry and other fields. Since its launch in 1985, it has gone through 35 years of development, produced 5 million wafers and sold 40 billion chips.
