Zhiwei Sensing launches new MEMS LiDAR scanning module P1150

Xi'an Zhiwei Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. has recently launched the MEMS single-axis scanning module P1150. The series currently has four models, including P1100, P1130, P1150 and P1220. The P1150 has a mirror diameter of 5mm and a scanning frequency of 400±10%Hz, which is suitable for laser radar, laser printing and machine vision.
