Ding Lei and his affiliated companies sued by Faraday Future

On March 5, Ding Lei and his affiliated companies were sued by Faraday Future. In response, HiPhi Auto stated: 1. Human Horizons and Ding Lei have not plagiarized or infringed on FF's trade secrets and intellectual property rights, nor have they engaged in unfair competition. 2. The mass-produced HiPhi X/Z/Y are all independently developed and jointly developed with supplier partners. 3. Human Horizons was established six years ago, and the company and Ding Lei have not received any lawsuits from FF before. 4. The company and its founder will be protected from infringement through legal means.
