Biden to finalize new electric vehicle tax credit rules

The U.S. Treasury Department is expected to release as early as Friday a final version of a new rule capping a popular tax credit for electric vehicle buyers, setting a new limit of up to $7,500 per vehicle, according to people familiar with the matter.
