China Automotive Research Institute launches the first full-field intelligent safety certification system

China Automotive Research Institute held a press conference in Suzhou, Jiangsu, announcing the establishment of the East China Headquarters Intelligent Driving and Active Safety Evaluation Technology Innovation Center and Suzhou Yangcheng Peninsula Intelligent Network Test Base. As an authoritative third-party testing agency in the automotive industry, China Automotive Research Institute has launched the first full-field intelligent safety certification system, including 23 test sub-category testing projects. The system covers eight major safety dimensions, including intelligent driving safety, active safety, passive safety, emergency safety, functional safety, expected functional safety, network and data security, and electromagnetic and communication security, to meet consumers' strict demands for all-field safety of smart cars.
